Return & Exchange Policy

15-day return and exchange policy

We want you to love your R-2.0 Scents perfume. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned

• The perfume is unused, with the bottle full and the seal or cap intact.
• It comes back in its original box and packaging.
• You have your order number or proof of purchase.

Damaged, leaking or wrong item

If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or is not the perfume you ordered, contact us within 15 days with a photo or video of the parcel. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return

1. Email us at r2.0scents@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa).
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return delivery cost. For damaged or wrong items, we cover it.

What cannot be returned

• Used or partly used perfumes.
• Free gifts, testers and gift bags.
• Items returned after 15 days.
